The group is designed to help participants develop a stronger sense of self, understand healthy boundaries and find their voice, but in a fun way using Art!

Nishi Banipal - Clinical Director


Nishi hold's a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Psychiatric Nursing. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with BCACC.

The length of time it takes to see results from counselling varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvement after 3-4 sessions, while others may want to address deeper issues. We work with the client, based on their individual needs. 


Yes! We offer direct billing for a number of different providers. Contact us to find out if your provider is included.


Yes, for information about the Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP) and forms for registration, please contact us. You may eligible for counselling at no cost to you. 


Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual therapy. 


All of our therapists will hold a minimum of a masters degree, and must be registered with one of the following counselling associations, BCACC, CCPA, or CACFT. This does not apply to students completing an internship at our clinic or our low cost therapy counsellors.


In addition to the above our therapists have varying specialities. You will be matched with a therapist who's training best aligns with your goals and individual needs.
